Our team has experience preparing patent applications in a wide variety of fields including food, drugs, nutritional supplements, nutraceuticals, electronics, magnetism, lasers, optics, passive tag coding and applications, high energy photon linear accelerators, vehicle management and location systems, medical devices and systems, mobile telephone devices and systems, precision measurement systems, precision targeting systems, telephony, therapeutic compositions, medical devices, chemical compounds, security systems, anti-terrorism and force protection measures, mining and construction equipment, steel production, haulage systems, vehicles and vehicular components, materials recycling, manufacturing and entertainment. Our attorneys have also been local and co-counsel for law firms requiring specific expertise with intellectual property litigation.
Members of the firm have experience that includes obtaining and enforcing intellectual rights (including patents) for businesses and for individual inventors, including noted inventor the late Jerome H. Lemelson (frequently referred to as Jerry Lemelson), including working alongside noted patent attorney Gerald D. Hosier (sometimes referred to as Gerry Hosier, but more frequently as Jerry Hosier). Members of the firm have experience representing plaintiffs and representing defendants in complex actions where multiple patents were asserted against multiple companies or other entities.
